Overview of Role:The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for
developing and executing the company's commercial strategy. This role will oversee all aspects of
commercialization, including market access, sales, marketing, and distribution. The CCO will work closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and sustainable growth in global markets.
Role and Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for ivonescimab and drive the successful
launch and growth of the company's products in global markets - Lead market access strategies, including pricing, reimbursement, and health economics, to ensure
optimal market penetration and patient access - Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, establishing clear goals, performance
metrics, and incentive programs that align with the Company's values and strategic deliverables - Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with regulatory
requirements and market needs - Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and licensing opportunities to expand the
company's commercial footprint - Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient
advocacy groups - Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve
commercial objectives - Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisionmaking and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree
preferred - Minimum of 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or
biotechnology industry, with direct experience in NSCLC/NDCLC and solid tumors - Experience with blockbuster drug commercial launches in NSCLC/NDCLC and/or solid tumors within
the past 5 years - Proven track record of successfully launching and commercializing pharmaceutical products in global
markets - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into
actionable strategies - Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with key stakeholders - In-depth knowledge of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and health economics.
- Experience in business development and strategic partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
- Travel up to 50%
This is the pay for this position
Pay Transparency
$400,000-$480,000 USD
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable variable compensation.
