IQVIA recherche des gestionnaires d'équipe de données cliniques expérimentés pour superviser la gestion des données de bout en bout dans le cadre d'essais cliniques internationaux. Vous assurerez la qualité, l'exactitude et la conformité des données tout en dirigeant des équipes multidisciplinaires contribuant au développement de nouvelles thérapies. Ce poste est à pourvoir en télétravail, avec tout le matériel nécessaire fourni.

Vos tâches :

Gérer la gestion des données pour des essais cliniques internationaux complexes, de la mise en place de l'étude au verrouillage de la base de données.

Être la personne-ressource principale du client pour tous les livrables liés à la gestion des données.

Superviser la réconciliation des données SAE, PK et externes, ainsi que le déploiement de la base de données.

Gérer les échéanciers, les budgets et l'affectation des ressources afin de répondre aux attentes du client.

Encadrer les gestionnaires de données juniors et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques.

Améliorer les processus et assurer la conformité réglementaire et aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées (SOP).

Profil recherché

Les candidats idéaux posséderont...

Un baccalauréat en sciences de la vie, santé, clinique, biologie ou mathématiques.

Au moins 7 ans d'expérience directe en gestion de données cliniques.

5 ans d'expérience minimum à un poste de responsable de la gestion des données cliniques (obligatoire).

Vos postes précédents peuvent inclure : gestionnaire de données cliniques, gestionnaire de données cliniques principal, responsable de la gestion des données, gestionnaire de données principal et/ou chef de projet en gestion des données.

Expérience réussie dans la gestion d'études internationales de grande envergure (plus de 1 000 patients).

Maîtrise de Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm ou de systèmes EDC similaires.

Solide compréhension des BPC, des directives ICH et des processus de recherche clinique.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.

Who We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have....
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field.
  • No less than 7 years of direct clinical data management experience
  • 5+ years in a Lead Clinical Data Management role REQUIRED.
  • Your previous roles/job titles may include Clinical Data Manager, Senior Clinical Data Manager, Lead Data Manager, Principal Data Manager, and/or Data Management Project Manager.
  • Proven success managing large global studies (1000+ patients).
  • Expertise with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or similar EDC systems.
  • Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and clinical research processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
