Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Act as Lead to support the Procurement Director with subcontracting contract files, actively contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives.
  • Analyze, structure, and consolidate internal client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for commercial and contractual aspects with suppliers.
  • Define and deploy optimal procurement strategies, including risk management, to ensure project success.
  • Participate actively in drafting, negotiating, and revising contractual agreements and subcontracts.
  • Manage the administration of subcontracting contracts, including supplier performance management, contractual discrepancies, and non-conformities.
  • Oversee the entire procurement cycle: bids (RFP/RFQ), commercial and technical analysis, cost estimation, recommendations, and supplier selection.
  • Lead complex negotiations to obtain the best commercial terms (costs, deadlines, quality, contractual clauses).
  • Supervise the preparation and issuance of complex purchase orders, as well as their rigorous follow-up.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and contract management practices.
  • Represent the company with partners and suppliers, both locally and internationally, as needed.

Full Job Description
Rheinmetall Canada recherche présentement un(e) chargé(e) de projet d'approvisionnement dont le principal défi sera d'élaborer les stratégies et de fournir l'ensemble des services relatifs à l'acquisition de biens et services pour l'entreprise. Relevant du gestionnaire, approvisionnements, le/la titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec des intervenants des divers secteurs de l'entreprise. Par son rôle d'influence et de leadership, le/la titulaire du poste exercera un rôle clé chez Rheinmetall Canada et contribuera fortement à la croissance de l'entreprise.

Voici quelles seront vos principales responsabilités:
  • Agir à titre de Lead pour supporter le Directeur Approvisionnement auprès des dossier de contrat de sous-traitance, en contribuant activement à la planification, à l'exécution et à le suivi des initiatives clés.
  • Analyser, structurer et consolider les besoins des clients internes, en assurant l'alignement avec les objectifs d'affaires, les budgets et les échéanciers.
  • Être le point de contact principal pour les aspects commerciaux et contractuels auprès des fournisseurs.
  • Définir et déployer des stratégies d'approvisionnement optimales, incluant la gestion des risques, afin d'assurer la réussite des mandats.
  • Participer activement à la rédaction, négociation et révision des ententes contractuelles et des sous-contrats.
  • Assurer l'administration des contrats de sous-traitance, incluant la gestion de la performance fournisseur, des écarts contractuels et des non-conformités.
  • Piloter l'ensemble du cycle d'approvisionnement : appels d'offres (RFP/RFQ), analyse commerciale et technique, estimation des coûts, recommandations et sélection des fournisseurs.
  • Diriger des négociations complexes visant l'obtention des meilleures conditions commerciales (coûts, délais, qualité, clauses contractuelles).
  • Superviser la préparation et l'émission de commandes d'achat complexes, ainsi que leur suivi rigoureux.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus d'approvisionnement et des pratiques de gestion contractuelle.
  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès de partenaires et fournisseurs, localement et à l'international (au besoin).


Les acquis que nous recherchons:

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (gestion, approvisionnement, ingénierie, droit, administration ou équivalent).
  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente, incluant une expérience significative en approvisionnement stratégique et gestion de contrats/sous-contrats.
  • Solide compréhension des environnements contractuels et juridiques, avec capacité à structurer, analyser et négocier des ententes complexes.
  • Expérience démontrée en gestion de négociations stratégiques et de relations fournisseurs.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) et forte capacité d'influence auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais), à l'oral et à l'écrit*.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (notamment Excel avancé) et expérience avec un ERP (SAP un atout).
  • Sens aigu de l'éthique, du jugement et des responsabilités, avec une approche orientée résultats.
  • Leadership naturel, autonomie et capacité à agir comme référent (lead) au sein de l'équipe.
