Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Latin America, the Channel Marketing Manager will translate established business and marketing priorities into integrated campaigns, advertising, content, digital experiences, sales enablement and partner initiatives. The role will collaborate with Distribution, Product Management, Digital, Marketing Operations, Compliance and external partners to deliver coordinated, effective and locally relevant marketing programs across Latin America.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:
- Execute integrated marketing initiatives that support business priorities, distribution objectives and focus products across Latin America.
- Support select U.S. Offshore marketing initiatives as directed and where aligned with broader business priorities.
- Develop high-quality campaigns and content supporting priority investment strategies, market opportunities and Distribution objectives.
- Partner with digital and creative agencies to develop campaign concepts, advertising copy and creative assets for Latin American audiences.
- Manage the end-to-end creative development process, including briefs, stakeholder feedback, revisions, Compliance review and final production.
- Adapt and leverage existing U.S., European and global campaigns and content for Latin American audiences, ensuring regional relevance and appropriate localization.
- Develop and coordinate marketing programs across paid media, email, websites, third-party platforms, content distribution and sales enablement channels.
- Work with publishers, media partners and distribution platforms to promote VanEck research, investment commentary, videos and product content.
- Partner with the LATAM Marketing Operations & Content Strategist to maintain and optimize VanEck's Latin America websites and support select updates to U.S. Offshore digital properties as needed.
- Collaborate on SEO and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, content discoverability and engagement across VanEck's Latin America digital properties.
- Review Spanish-language marketing materials and translations to ensure they are accurate, natural and appropriate for Latin American audiences. Coordinate Portuguese-language adaptations as needed.
- Partner with the Managing Director, Head of Latin America and Distribution teams to understand sales needs, client opportunities and upcoming business priorities.
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product messaging, emails, campaign materials and other resources.
- Support conferences, roadshows, due diligence meetings, webinars, client events and educational programs, including related marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and coordinate marketing support for product launches, cross-listings and other strategic regional initiatives.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure investment strategies and focus products are positioned accurately, consistently and effectively.
- Collaborate with Compliance throughout the review and approval process for marketing materials.
- Track and analyze campaign, websites, advertising and content performance, using results to identify optimization opportunities and inform future initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal Creative, Digital, Marketing Operations, Events, Data and other Marketing teams to ensure the timely execution of regional priorities.
- Manage relationships and workflows with agencies, publishers, translators, consultants and other external partners as needed.
- Help develop scalable processes that improve the efficiency, consistency and quality of marketing execution across Latin America.
Qualifications - Strong understanding of integrated and digital marketing, including paid media, email, websites, content distribution and third-party platforms.
- Experience working with creative or digital agencies to develop and execute advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Superior written and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management and proven delivery skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and KPIs and use results to optimize campaigns and marketing programs.
- Demonstrated success integrating marketing initiatives across channels in support of common business goals and objectives.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities; self-sufficient, proactive and well-organized.
- Excellent Spanish-language writing and editing skills, including the ability to review and adapt marketing content for Latin American audiences.
- Experience collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Latin America, the U.S. and Europe, including in a distributed working environment.
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO and evolving digital content discovery practices preferred.
- Experience with CMS platforms and digital analytics and project management tools preferred.
- Experience working with ETFs, asset management or financial services products preferred; familiarity with investment products and financial markets is a plus.
- Experience supporting Latin American audiences preferred; experience supporting U.S. Offshore audiences is a plus.
- Strong understanding of regional language, cultural and market nuances across Latin America preferred.
- Ability to travel periodically within Latin America and to the U.S. to support client events, conferences and other business initiatives as needed.
Education and/or Experience - 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing, business, communications, finance or economics.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Experience supporting Latin American and/or US Offshore audiences preferred.
- Background in bilingual content localization and translation coordination preferred.
- Portuguese language skills or experience supporting the Brazilian market are a plus.
