Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the OCM representative within assigned business domains, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities where Organizational Change Management (OCM) services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value to your domain.
  • Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities for deployments, responsible for keeping training resources updated and organized.
  • Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering process-related feedback, requirements, and identifying risks.
  • Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear, compelling training documentation and Single Point Lessons (SPLs) using Scribe in English and Spanish (framework training provided during onboarding).
  • Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through structured dashboards (monitoring total vs. completed SPLs per sprint).
  • Collaborate with different change management functional areas to deliver accurate and timely information.
  • Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to keep up to date on system enhancements and changes impacting users.
  • NOTE: This role requires travel to different plant locations in North America: 50-75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).

  • Subject matter expert / working knowledge in the aligned SAP S/4HANA domain area to minimize the onboarding curve.
  • Training experience & knowledge of adult learning principles for plant and operational environments.
  • Documentation skills & instructional design experience (adhering to branding guidelines and generating high-quality resources in Scribe).
  • Ability to track execution and maintain clear dashboards (tracking SPL requirements, training delivery, and risk escalation).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to identify patterns, operational risks, and adoption roadblocks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder management - skilled at building relationships, asking the right questions, and extracting actionable insights from Power Users.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-site project environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for user experience, human-centered training design, and simplifying complex concepts through storytelling.

  • Travel & Visa Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel 50%-75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
    • Valid Passport and visas are required for occasional travel across US, Mexico, Canada.

  • Working knowledge or hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA within the assigned business domain.

Domain-Specific Technical Qualifications
  • The Change Manager should have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, and the cross-functional impact of master data across SAP S/4HANA domains.
  • Familiarity with how master data affects business processes throughout the enterprise.
  • Knowledge of the following T-codes : MM03, ZSE16N - Tables, Master data, Global Data, Procurement, Manufacturing (BOM/ROUTING/PV), unit of measures, warehouse, FICO
  • Knowledge of how material master setup affects domains if not setup correctly.
  • BONUS if they know other DOMAIN view t-codes, like ME13 for PIR, ME03 for Source List, CA03 for routing, etc

  • Key Adoption Risks / Pain Points:
    • Terminology Disconnect (Global vs. Local Plant): High risk of corporate/project teams using terms that plants interpret differently, causing delayed misunderstandings and rework.
    • Facilitating terminology alignment workshops, challenging assumed definitions, bridging global vs. local gaps, and translating concepts into the "operational language" of plant staff.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile Preference:
    • Flexible / Hybrid Profile: Open to a Business SAP Power User, an OCM/Training Specialist with MDM logic, or a Plant Master Data / Data Governance Specialist who understands that data accuracy depends on clear, aligned communication.
