Change Management Specialist in the
Corporate Entreprise Project Management Office department at Montreal!
How will you contribute to our success?- Lead change management activities for CSL's AI transformation initiatives, including adoption, readiness, and engagement strategies
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and barriers to AI adoption
- Develop and execute AI awareness, education, and adoption programs across employee groups
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend interventions to increase AI utilization and business value
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of change management methodology, strategies, and plans for medium- to large-scale transformation projects
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational impact, and change readiness assessments to identify impacts and risks
The skills you will bring to our team- Demonstrate experience and expertise in change initiatives
- Demonstrate experience in facilitation and consultation with stakeholder groups from senior executives to front-line employees on simple to complex topics
- Professional certificate or designation in change management is a strong asset
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience delivering training sessions is a strong asset
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Office)
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills leading business leaders toward cultural change and new concepts
Knowledge of English is necessary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.
