Job Overview
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the general guidance of the AVP of Talent Acquisition and Development, the Change Management Partner plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives by increasing employee engagement, productivity and adoption. The Change Management Partner works in partnership with all areas of the organization to help drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency regarding the change impacting employees and the organization so DFW's goals and business objectives are achieved. This position creates deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with and coaches leaders at all levels of the organization, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, project teams and employees to manage the implementation of change initiatives and ensure they are carried out effectively.
Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption/usage.
Works with and coaches project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Creates change communication plans and training curriculum/plans in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication and training regarding the change.
Identifies potential risks, anticipated points of resistance and develops specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Conducts impact analysis, assesses change readiness and identifies key stakeholders.
Creates initial training plans, provides input, documents requirements and supports the design and delivery of training programs. To include initial change plans, curriculum design, and communication plans.
Creates and manages measurement systems to track impact, adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes as well as monitors the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
Identifies performance gaps and develops and implements corrective actions.
Works with project managers to ensure smooth execution of changes and transitions.
Manages the organization's change portfolio. Tracks all change initiatives across the organization and works with all project managers to understand timelines and deadlines to minimize disruption. Makes recommendations to leadership on the prioritization of initiatives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in change management, business administration, psychology, information technology or a related field.
Three (3) years of experience managing complex organizational change, project management, and business analysis.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Airport Identification/Access Badge (badge) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements in Chapter 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 1500 et al., and DFW Airport's Airport Security Program within thirty (30) days from date of employment and maintain qualification for a SIDA badge upon each badge renewal.
