The role is part of the In-Space Systems business unit, which is focused on addressing two of the most compelling challenges in spaceflight today: space infrastructure and increasing mobility on-orbit.

As part of a hardworking team of specialists and engineers, you will work as a Change and Data Manager focused on change management for the Blue Ring spacecraft product line. In this position, you will perform activities including handling change requests, supporting change impact identification, facilitating change boards, updating change implementation tasks, Data configuration management on Requirements, Engineering documents, and configuration control for revision management. 

We are seeking an individual with excellent organization and analytical skills and business and technical acumen who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills 
  • Familiar with technical aerospace design and robust business processes 
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance 
  • Must be able to work onsite in Renton, WA 
  • 4+ years in aerospace change management or similar industry 
  • Familiarity with configuration management toolsets 
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion  
  • BA/BS in a related discipline 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. 

 

Desired: 

  • Highly proficient with business processes and technical aerospace design 
  • Experience with maintaining Contract Data Requirement Lists 
  • CMII certification/training 
  • Proficient with change management tools and configuration databases 
  • Familiarity with Export Control regulations

 

Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $121,023.00 - $169,432.20
