Le groupe de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement Stratégique Service Client de P&WC est à la recherche de candidats pour contribuer à la croissance de notre service d'après-vente. Partout dans le monde, le volume de travail lié aux moteurs augmente. La flotte actuelle nécessite des compétences et connaissances techniques de pointe afin de trouver des fournisseurs de réparation de pièces moteur et mener à terme ces projets de réparations de pièces moteur.

Vous aurez à relever les défis reliés aux différents programmes de moteurs, à évaluer les fournisseurs de réparations et leurs offres de service ainsi que de travailler en équipe avec plusieurs organisations d'ingénierie et opérations. Nous recherchons des candidats qui seront en mesure de créer des relations durables avec les fournisseurs ainsi que de gérer efficacement cette relation afin que ceux-ci rencontrent les attentes P&WC.

Description de la fonction

En tant que responsable des fournisseurs de réparations spécialisées pour les composantes moteur au sein de l'équipe de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement Stratégique, vous serez chargé de: (i) développer des relations avec de nouveaux et fournisseurs, ii) entretenir les relations avec les fournisseurs actuels, iii) développer les stratégies d'approvisionnement en analysant la performance et la capacité du réseau de fournisseurs (sur une base périodique), iv) gérer le processus de soumission (commercial et technique) des nouvelles réparations requises, v) gérer les activités contractuelles en cours et diriger les futures négociations contractuelles et, vi) être un participant principal dans l'industrialisation des nouveaux projets de réparations de pièces moteur.

Ce poste est à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, à Saint-Hubert, et s'effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?

  • Gérer les processus, contrats et relations commerciales connexes avec les fournisseurs actuels et futurs;
  • Représenter l'équipe Chaîne d'Approvisionnement Stratégique pour les réunions de gouvernance du service client;
  • Soutenir l'évolution de la stratégie et du modèle du réseau de fournisseurs de réparations spécialisées (éléments contractuels, commerciaux et opérationnels) en collaboration avec les programmes clients, ingénieries et opérations;
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe technique des réparations spécialisées dans le but de déterminer les réparations spécialisées requises afin de combler les besoins P&WC;
  • Dirige et est responsable de la préparation des plans d'affaire, de l'émission et analyse des demandes de soumission auprès des fournisseurs ainsi que de la sélection de ces derniers pour les réparations spécialisées de composantes moteur;
  • Responsable des suivis périodiques au niveau de la progression du développement des nouvelles réparations spécialisées auprès des fournisseurs sélectionnés.


Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

  • Baccalauréat avec 6 à 10 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Maîtrise avec 4 à 7 années d'expérience pertinente
  • Domaine d'études: administration des affaires, aéronautique, génie aérospatial, génie mécanique, génie industriel
  • Fortes habiletés en gestion de projets
  • Bon sens des affaires
  • Bonne connaissance technique et du produit (composantes moteur et équipements des réparations de pièces moteurs)
  • Fortes habiletés interpersonnelles et de communication.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'informatique (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Disponible pour des voyages occasionnels


Ce poste s'inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d'organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

What our expectations are

P&WC Aftermarket Strategic Sourcing team is currently looking for candidates to help accelerate the growth of the aftermarket. The volume of worldwide engine work content is increasing, and the established fleet is requesting advanced technical skills and knowledge to source new component repair suppliers and implement strategic sourcing projects.

This experience will offer challenges on multiple engine programs, while evaluating engine at different stages of their life and working as a team with multiple engineering and operation organizations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Saint-Hubert, Monday through Friday.

Function Description

En tant que responsable des fournisseurs de réparations spécialisées pour les composantes moteur au sein de l'équipe de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement

The Strategic Sourcing Manager position will offer challenges on multiple engine programs, as such you will be responsible to i) source new component repair suppliers, ii) maintain relationships with current suppliers and develop relationships with potential suppliers, iii) develop and execute sourcing strategies, iv) manage the request for proposal process (technical and commercial) for new component repairs, v) evaluate component repair suppliers in their potential offering with MRO engineering team and vi) work as a focal point for the industrialization on new component repairs at suppliers.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Manage all related processes, contracts and business relationships with current and future component specialized repair suppliers;
  • Represent the Aftermarket Strategic Supply Chain team in several Customer Service Governance meetings and Business Transformation forums;
  • Support the strategic evolution of the component specialized repair supplier network (contractual, commercial and operational elements) in collaboration with Customer Programs, engineering and operations;
  • Collaborate with the MRO component engineering team to establish the required specialized repairs required by P&WC;
  • Manage and is responsible for the business case preparation required for new request for proposals (RFP), the issuance and analysis of the RFPs and the selection of the new suppliers following the RFP process;
  • Responsible for the specialized repair development industrialization and follow-ups on new repairs with the selected suppliers.


What you need to be successful:

  • Bachelor degree with 6 to 10 years' experience
  • Master degree with 4 to 7 years' experience
  • Field of studies: Business, Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong project management skills
  • Business sense is a key competency in this role
  • Good technical, product knowledge (engines)
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
  • Occasional business trips

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
