Summary of Job Description:The CFT Associate Leasing Manager position negotiates LOIs, leases and lease renewals and performs related activities. This position reviews tenant credit, business plan and business financials. The CFT Associate Leasing Manager also builds a network with national/regional tenants and works with local brokers to determine market rent comps and tenant mix.
You'll get a chance to: - Independently negotiates LOIs, leases and lease renewals. Checks potential tenant credit, business plan, and business financials. Presents new leases and renewals at Leasing Approval Committee.
- Builds a network with national tenants. Works with local brokers to determine the market rent comps and appropriate tenant mix. Develops leasing strategies for new developments and existing properties. Attends ICSC Conferences and other related real estate conferences and events.
- Negotiates tenant lease restructures, assignments, rent reductions, and buy-outs.
- Develops an understanding of land, construction costs, and rental income. Works with design team to prepare layout studies. Assists Sr. Real Estate Manager with projecting pro-formas for leasing and development recommendations.
- Works with legal, property management, and other teams to resolve leasing conflicts.
- Coordinates with construction and property management to turn over space to tenants. Works closely with property management team to monitor delinquent tenants and recommend plans of action.
- Budgets leasing projections on a yearly basis.
- Prepares and presents Pre-RESAC and RESAC presentations for new developments.

Your background & experience:- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business or related field required
- Minimum five years of real estate experience, preferably in the retail, office, and multifamily environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
