Responsibilities
Collaborate with Anesthesiologists and surgery teams to provide anesthesia care.
Manage anesthesia for a diverse case mix including GYN, podiatry, and pediatrics.
Participate in weekend home call shifts alongside other team members.
Maintain patient safety and comfort during pre-operative assessments and procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of anesthesia practices within the department.

About the Job
We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center in Clinton, MD.
Position and Hospital Highlights
Full-service community hospital located ~30 minutes from Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Close-knit, collaborative Anesthesia team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs working closely with surgeons and OR staff.
Case mix: GYN, podiatry, vascular, ENT (adult/pediatric), ortho, cysto, colorectal, general surgery, spine, pain, robotics, L&D, and pediatric dental.
Shifts: 8-, 10-, and 12-hour options, plus one 24-hour weekend home call per month, which comes with additional call-pay outside of salary and bonus.
Qualifications
