The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team delivers business-critical insights through data analytics, drives cross-functional alignment on goals and execution, and accelerates strategic partnerships and new initiatives. We focus on connecting the company's highest-level priorities with effective day-to-day operations, while turning early-stage ideas into scalable growth opportunities. Within this organization, the NA MSO Central Strategy & Analytics team serves as a strategic partner to the North America business. We are looking for a self-motivated, curious, and creative problem-solver who can leverage data-driven analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and operational pain points across the NA business. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, thrives in ambiguity, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities. This person should be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly effective at partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive meaningful business impact. What You Will Do - Serve as a key partner to Sales and Product leadership to drive North America-level initiatives, including strategic planning, business reporting, analytics, and high-impact special projects. - Partner with senior Sales and Product leaders to shape the strategic direction of the North America business, aligning business OKRs and team priorities with company objectives to influence decision-making across both NA and global stakeholders. - Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market levers through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, combined with deep understanding of the business, product, and market landscape. - Build KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor business health, track performance against goals, and measure business impact. Generate insights through deep-dive analysis to enhance sales intelligence, improve business visibility, and support stronger decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or related functions in fast-paced environments. - Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis using SQL and/or programming languages (e.g. Python, R), and BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and synthesize findings into clear narratives that influence leadership decisions. - Proven ability to use data to craft compelling narratives and drive decision-making across multiple levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience leveraging AI tools or AI-enabled analytics solutions to improve workflow efficiency, automate analysis, or generate business insights. - Adaptability to ambiguous, rapidly changing work environments.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $151200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
