We are seeking a safety-focused and results-driven Cement Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for leading production activities, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within our cement manufacturing operation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate production activities across 12-hr shift crews to achieve safety, quality, environmental, and operational objectives.
  • Supervise, coach, and support production employees while promoting employee engagement and accountability.
  • Monitor plant performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operational teams to optimize plant performance and resolve production challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or related environment.

Work Environment
