BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADERSHIP CAREER GROWTH What You Will Do - Be part of a team that wins new CEI contracts with FDOT, counties, and cities.
- Build client relationships and lead proposals.
- Manage CEI teams on contract administration, estimates, EEO compliance, and changes.
- Lead and mentor Project Administrators, Inspectors, and Contract Support Specialists.
- Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and FDOT compliant.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of CEI experience, including 5+ on FDOT road or bridge projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida
- Proven business development and proposal success.
- CTQP Final Estimates Level II.
- CTQP Quality Control Manager.
- FDOT Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience - Civil engineering degree.
- Existing FDOT District 3 client relationships.
Location and Travel Assigned to the Tallahassee or Panama City, FL area, supported by our Jacksonville office. Field, office, and client-facing work. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
