The Carpenter is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role includes hands-on coordination of subcontractors, client communication, job site oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service and execution. Responsibilities $46 Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field experience also considered. • Available for after-hours calls on a call-by-call basis from your supervisor. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously. • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. • Excellent communication and client service skills; ability to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites as needed. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to field conditions. • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
