About The Role:As a
Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge surgical innovation, managing key accounts, supporting operating room procedures, and serving as the go-to resource for Arthrex's cardiothoracic solutions - including sternal closure, advanced wound care, and biologics.
This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship-building, clinical education, and hands-on sales. You'll act as both a trusted surgical consultant and an internal expert on the research, data, and technologies shaping this specialty.
What You'll Do:- Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiothoracic solutions across assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Provide case coverage and in-field support in both surgical and clinical settings
- Coordinate and lead product training sessions for customers and internal agency teams
- Stay up to date with clinical research and emerging technologies to educate stakeholders
- Travel within the region, with occasional trips for company or Arthrex training events
Who We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, medical device, technical sales, or sports medicine
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Confident, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent environments
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn continuously, and take ownership of results
- Comfortable working in both the operating room and physician office settings
