Responsibilities

Summary

MyMichigan Health has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing and collaborative Cardiology team serving communities throughout Michigan's rural Thumb region.

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide outpatient cardiovascular care across multiple practice locations while working alongside experienced cardiologists and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Primary practice locations include:

Caro Community Hospital

2050 E. Caro Road

Caro, Michigan 48723

Sanilac Medical Plaza

100 W. Argyle Street, Suite 4

Sandusky, Michigan 48471

Additional travel to other regional locations may be required as needed.

Patient volumes average approximately 12 to 18 patients per day, allowing providers to build meaningful patient relationships whuile maintaining a balanced schedule.
