Qualifications

• 5-7 years of radiological imaging experience in an acute care hospital.
• Proficient in CT, MRI, US, Mammography, or special procedures with 3 years in one of these fields.
• Experience in Cath/EP lab procedures is considered a plus (1 year minimum).
• Skills in arterial/venous catheter sheath removal and intra-aortic balloon insertion.
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Possession of current California CRT & Fluoro Certification and ARRT eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform general and specialized radiographic procedures for patients.
• Adhere to policies and procedures regarding patient safety and comfort.
• Execute imaging-related modalities efficiently, including critical care situations.
• Assist with and perform Cath/EP lab procedures as needed.
• Manage equipment effectively to ensure high-quality imaging results.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care and communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for compliance and quality control.
