Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the requisition is closed.This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team of experts, you will lead and work with technical teams on proposals, projects, and early integration studies for customer payload and mission opportunities on the New Glenn launch vehicle. Responsibilities:
·Lead and supportthe planning and execution of pursuits, proposals, studies, and payload integration projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with mission objectives and timelines.
·Serve as a key technical point of contact for NASA project stakeholders, providing regular project updates and ensuring clear communication.
·Interface with customers throughout the project lifecycle, helping to define and verify technical requirements and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
·Contribute to the development and maintenance of resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and coordinate progress with internal teams and external customers.
·Track and report on project performance, technical risks, and opportunities using relevant tools and metrics.
·Identify potential technical risks and issues within the project scope and help develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful project execution.
·Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that requirements, interface control documents, and analyses are accurately recorded and communicated.
·Foster strong relationships with internal design teams and external customer technical teams, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project.
Minimum Qualifications:
· B.S. in engineering or technical field
· 10+ years managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
· Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
· Familiarity with the launch vehicle or satellite development lifecycle.
· Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
· Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
· Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad.

· Experience working with customer contracts
· Experience with payload integration onto launch vehicles.
· Experience working directly with government customers (e.g., NASA, DoD).
· Experience with requirements definition, verification, and validation.
· Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
Base Pay Range for:
CA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20 WA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20Other site ranges may differ
