- Drive gate reviews and bid/no-bid decisions using structured capture methodology (Shipley BDLC).
- Develop and maintain customer relationships across CBP, USCIS, CISA, and I&A program offices to shape upcoming requirements.

- Actively support proposals through RFP release and submission, including contributing to executive summaries, win themes, and discriminators.
- Collaborate with the dedicated proposal management team on color reviews, compliance, and final production; you lead the strategy, they manage the process.
- Provide capture artifacts (competitive intel, price-to-win guidance, teaming rationale) to support high-quality submissions.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Partner with Niyam senior leadership and technical practice leads to shape pursuit strategy and solution narratives
- Represent Niyam at industry days, conferences, and agency outreach events.
- Track pipeline metrics and report regularly to executive leadership on opportunity status, BD investments, and win/loss trends.
