Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of captive insurance companies and the related industry
• Familiarity with alternative risk financing approaches and insurance coverage options
• Understanding of risk consulting methodologies and principles
• Strong commitment to client service and business ethics
• Ability to interpret financial statements and data
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, including presentations
• Willingness to travel for business-related functions
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of captive clients and meet competing deadlines
• Provide ongoing consulting to enhance client captive operations
• Prepare and deliver RFP and Client Prospect presentations
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for management and consulting services
• Track client premiums accurately and on time
• Communicate effectively with clients and service providers to maintain regulatory compliance
• Conduct seminars and advise on operational best practices
• Build relationships within Hylant's network for proposal opportunities
• Engage in networking events, conferences, and internal relationship building to promote GCS programs
