About the Job

You'll lead core PMO services for large, complex technology transformations, acting as a senior delivery leader responsible for program orchestration, stakeholder alignment, and delivery performance. You will ensure integration across business and IT, drive governance at scale, and enable value realization.

Engagement Model

These roles are expected to be staffed on large-scale transformation programs at a single client for extended durations, typically 12+ months. Consultants are embedded within the program structure, providing continuity, deep program knowledge, and sustained delivery impact across all phases of the transformation lifecycle.

Your Role

  • Lead end-to-end program management for large IT implementations across multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on program execution and governance
  • Establish and run program governance structures, including executive steering and decision forums
  • Drive integrated planning and orchestration, ensuring alignment across business and IT
  • Oversee vendor and stakeholder coordination, managing risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
  • Lead program performance management, including financials, value realization, and delivery outcomes


Your Skills + Experience

  • 15-20+ years of experience in transformation consulting or program leadership (e.g., post-merger integration, etc.) including leading large, multi-vendor, cross-functional programs
  • Ability to operate at senior levels, including executive stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured, executable delivery plans
  • Strong experience in programming governance, value realization, and stakeholder management
  • PMP certification or equivalent, SAFe or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with PMO tooling ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Planview, DevOps or equivalent)


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $126,000 to 173,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
