Role Description

Joining Vialto Law means becoming part of a Canada Business Immigration law firm where you'll support multinational clients in adopting strategic, employee-centered immigration solutions. You'll work with a collaborative team of Business Immigration Attorneys and business immigration analysts in a dynamic, high-volume environment, supported by Vialto Partners-the first tech-enabled, people-first global mobility company.

Together, we focus on cross-border compliance and risk assessment across immigration, tax, business travel, compensation, and remote work. With empathy, precision, and efficiency, you will oversee the full cycle of Canadian business immigration matters, including work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), employer compliance, and permanent residence applications through Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and other Canadian immigration pathways

What You'll Do

As a Canada Immigration Lawyer, you'll be integral to delivering timely immigration solutions to both established and emerging companies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and filing Canadian business immigration applications and requests, including Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), work permits, and permanent residence applications through Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and other pathways.
  • Developing immigration strategies to address business needs while managing compliance and mitigating risk under Canadian immigration laws.
  • Advising clients on regulatory changes and their potential impacts on employees and family members.
  • Leveraging technology and automation to streamline processes and improve client experience.
  • Participating in client meetings to communicate Vialto Law's holistic and strategic approach, underscoring our commitment to empathy and value.
