Requirements- Bachelor9s degree or significant commensurate experience
- 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director
- Knowledge of key departments of which a post-secondary campus is comprised (Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services, and Facilities)
- Prior experience managing campuses with Allied Health and/or Nursing programs is a plus.
Responsibilities- Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines
- Establish an annual budget for the campus
- Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel
- Have full accountability for establishing and ensuring that the faculty and other educational staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards
- Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus
- Represent the campus in the community
- In conjunction with the faculty and other staff, establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council
- Ensure that OSHA/WISHA requirements for safety are in place and followed
- Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and serves as the liaison for Executive Team members
- Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards
- Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals
- Oversee curriculum implementation for new curriculum development and maintains existing curriculum
- Organize and supervise all critical school functions
