OverviewPenFed is hiring a (Hybrid) Campaign Manager at our Omaha, Nebraska Service Center. The primary purpose of the Campaign Manager will be to drive strategy, development and execution of marketing initiatives to support product verticals and the overall PenFed brand. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and volume. In addition, they help drive the creativity, innovation and efficiency of marketing initiatives to ensure business goals are achieved. They will often lead cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with PenFed brand and meet the business objectives.

- Help develop the overall product marketing strategy that incorporates consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive research used across multiple channels to reach goals and drive growth
- Maintain expert-level understanding of the full marketing mix, demonstrate an ability to adapt to new markets, and can adjust to changes in market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Serve as the liaison between the product teams, compliance, internal creative marketing services, and external partners to develop and execute projects.
- Manage full execution of marketing strategy including traditional media, direct mail, digital, email, partnerships, sponsorships, promotions, and sweepstakes to deliver on goals
- Display strong understanding and experience across awareness and direct channels, including direct mail, email, digital marketing, content, social, and lead generation
- Own creative consumer messaging and value proposition development for new marketing campaigns across all channels
- Brief and manage agencies to deliver best in class creative executions
- Work closely with cross functional teams, including email, web and UX team, procurement, compliance and legal to ensure consistency, accuracy and alignment on all brand efforts
- Leads meetings, presentations and marketing communications for product initiatives and assigned projects
- Demonstrate ability to produce creative ideas and elicit creative ideas from others
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness to optimize creative/channel mix and provide recommendation on how to apply to future campaigns
- Manage the budget, forecasting, and reconciliation for specific product vertical
- May travel/attend sponsored events which require representation and/or marketing materials
- Responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and volume

QualificationsEquivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
- Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers.
- Expertise in marketing strategy and project management principles and practices.
- Strong writer and ability to build presentations, strong leadership skills, with ability to lead meetings and present to senior level management and ability to conduct research, report on findings.
- Excellent communications, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and be an enthusiastic team player.
- Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial services industry a plus.
- Experience using AI tools preferred.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position will not supervise employees.

Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.

Pay Transparency The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $69,000.00 - $133,352.00
This position is eligible for an organizational performance based annual bonus, subject to board discretion and approval.
This position is eligible for an individual performance based annual bonus.
