Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 C2BMC Systems Software Test/DevSecOps Engineers (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, computer engineering, or computer science.
- 7+ years of work related engineering experience with a Bachelor's or 5+ years of work related engineering experience with a Master's or 3+ years of work related engineering experience with a PhD
- Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Agile software development process
- Prior experience with automated testing and verifying requirements in software applications/systems
- Security+ certification (or similar) is required within 60 days of starting. Highly preferred at start
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES- Knowledge and experience in automated testing and evaluation of a software-intensive system in a variety of test environments/venues, utilizing Agile development.
- A strong, self-starting individual capable of diving into problems with assistance from other test engineers and software developers.
- Participate in software design and peer reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure
- Develop and execute manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities for interfaces or infrastructure in support of operations (e.g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring, message and display recording and playback, failover processing).
- Basics DevSecOps experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)- Experience in a DevSecOps environment extremely desirable
