The Manager, Business Systems is responsible for leading a team to manage the systems that support the design, development, and optimization of supply chain planning and execution systems within ADI. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring that planning systems accurately represent manufacturing processes and support enterprise-scale decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes and ensure accurate representation within digital supply chain models.
• Own the architecture and integration of tools and processes that feed and support advanced planning systems.
• Design, program, and enhance tools used for planning and execution across the semiconductor supply chain.
• Lead and manage a team of technical resources, ensuring clear translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee execution system integration, including BOM structures and end-to-end material flow across manufacturing systems.
• Ensure planning systems are continuously updated with accurate data, parameters, and process changes.
• Provide expertise in BE Foundry Promis and S4/Hana systems and support external assembly and test site operations.
• Drive understanding and implementation of planning signals and their translation into factory execution.
• Support system upgrade and transformation initiatives using deep knowledge of planning and MES systems, including data structures and process interactions.
• People Management: Lead and manage a team of systems analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and implement reporting tools tailored to planning and operational needs.
• Define and execute a strategic vision to evolve supply chain systems and processes to support large-scale enterprise growth.
Qualifications & Expertise:
Functional Expertise
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and digital supply chain modeling.
• Deep knowledge of planning system processes and signal flows to manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of planning signal generation and translation into factory execution
Technical Skills
• Expertise in planning system architecture and integration with execution systems.
• Ability to develop and enhance tools supporting supply chain planning and execution.
• Experience with advanced planning tools such as Blue Yonder (ESP, OP, FP, DP, IO) or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong working knowledge of MES systems and planning data structures.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities using SQL, QlikView, and related tools
• Experience integrating planning, execution, and manufacturing data across systems such as BY Demand, ESP/SCP, PROMIS, CID, OASIS
Leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams of technical professionals and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong capability in translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive stakeholders.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $122,400 to $168,300.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
