Bridge the gap between finance and technology in a global, fast-paced environment. The Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic partner to our worldwide Finance teams, uncovering opportunities to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and drive operational excellence. Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple finance functions and working alongside software development teams, you'll help design and implement innovative solutions that increase efficiency, improve data visibility, and support informed business decisions.
What You Will Do:- Gather and analyze requirements for global finance process and software changes.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas needing improvement or automation.
- Participate in software planning with Global Technology Services (GTS).
- Document and train users on new functionality and processes.
- Respond to incidents, identify root cause, and drive solutions through process and software changes.
- Implement new financial system applications.
- Assist in planning ERP upgrades or migrations.
- Maintain and configure Microsoft Dynamics AX in accordance with best practices.
- Become a subject matter expert in Protolabs global financial systems and processes.
- Provide audit support for software changes and security access reviews.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve tool functionality, and enhance overall system and process maturity.
What You Bring:- 3+ years of experience supporting a commercial business operating on Microsoft AX Dynamics 2012 R3 or D365 F&O/SCM.
- Experience implementing and maintaining AX intercompany and direct delivery functionality.
- Experience in BI tools and SQL queries used to analyze data issues and provide ad-hoc reporting.
- Competent in working in a fast-paced business and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
- Ability to develop solid relationships with colleagues in a professional manner to create a positive working environment.
- Project management mindset for effective ownership of multiple concurrent workstreams and initiatives.
- Ability to influence and educate colleagues in support of standardization, optimization, and adoption.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences and senior leaders.

$89,500 - $102,300 a year
