Full Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the technical execution of projects and initiatives across diverse IT areas, including application development, application support, systems administration, business intelligence, and network administration at Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC). You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by interviewing users, gathering and defining business requirements, and translating customer needs into actionable technical specifications. Operating in a fast-paced and agile environment, you will facilitate project planning, lead process improvement efforts, and drive tasks through execution to completion.

What We're Looking For Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant business systems analysis experience (Higher education may substitute for experience; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree).
• Proven experience analyzing business processes, mapping current-state workflows, and designing optimized future-state solutions.
• Broad understanding of IT terminology, systems administration, infrastructure touchpoints, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Must-Have Skills
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Expertise in defining, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Data Mapping & Modeling: Hands-on experience with data mapping, data modeling, and documenting system integration touchpoints and metadata.
• Project Execution & SDLC: Solid understanding of project planning methodologies and technical execution oversight across application and infrastructure teams.
• Agility & Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to frequent scope adjustments and manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic, high-tempo environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)
• Proficiency with requirements management and workflow tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or working within highly regulated enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, data reporting integrations, or enterprise application migrations.
