What you will do- Own the HR & Finance systems of record end-to-end - Rippling/Deel, NetSuite, and payroll/expense/procurement as they come online (config, data, access, lifecycle).
- Partner with HR and Finance as the systems owner - they own process and decisions; you own platform integrity, controls, and data.
- Define the data contracts and requirements the integration engineers build to - turning fragmented systems into one connected source of truth.
- Lead the HR and finance work streams of the migration, selection through adoption, with a dedicated focus on the highest-complexity system (NetSuite).
- Own controls, compliance, and reporting - segregation of duties, audibility, and data leadership can trust (GDPR/PIPL-aware).
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for- 10+ years in business systems / enterprise applications, owning HR and/ or finance systems of record at a scaling company.
- Deep hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Rippling (implementation + administration), with strong finance and HR process understanding.
- Track record turning fragmented, business-led systems into a governed single source of truth - including data migration and clean-up.
- Skilled at defining integration requirements and data contracts, and partnering with engineers to deliver them.
- Controls and compliance fluency (segregation of duties, audit, GDPR/ PIPL)
- Comfortable operating across global entities and time zones.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $140,000 - $276,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
