Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and work flow.

You will be a Business Process Analyst, acting as a key liaison between IT, end-users, and stakeholders to drive business process improvements and ensure seamless operations. As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in communicating changes, overseeing change management activities, and developing training documentation to support the adoption of new processes and systems.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Business Process Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
• Serve as a liaison between ERP analysts/IT and end-users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Oversee change management activities, prioritizing and presenting change requests to various systems change boards in collaboration with ERP analysts and production systems teams
• Translate business data needs into requirements, partnering with analytics teams to develop enterprise reporting solutions that drive business outcomes
• Understand transformation objectives and align future-state processes to achieve business outcomes, driving continuous improvement and innovation
• Provide first-line support for end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of on-site business processes and production systems, serving as a subject matter expert (SME)
• Maintain AIFs and perform RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency
• Test process changes to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption to operations

Basic Qualifications
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or production, planning and control (PP&C)
• Experience troubleshooting SAP S4 and/or APRISO issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions to complex issues
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship

Desired Skills
• Experience with collaborating with employees and teams from other sites across MFC
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement principles and methodologies, with experience in change management and training development
• Green Belt and/or Black Belt Certification
• Experience using a test environment to demonstrate and/or test system functionality
• Experience working cross-functionally to develop strategies for common goals
• Experience representing a site's interest in organizational meetings
• Experienced in multi-tasking
• Experience creating training scripts and ability to provide training for best practices

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible work arrangements and schedules (e.g., 4x10), 401(k) match, Paid time off, Holidays, Parental Leave, EAP, Flexible Spending Accounts, Education Assistance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.
  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
