Purpose of Position:

This position supports the effective operation of the business portfolio through forecasting, reporting, analytics, portfolio administration, and data stewardship. The role provides leadership with accurate, timely, and actionable portfolio insights while ensuring recurring portfolio processes and reporting requirements are executed consistently.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Facilitates monthly portfolio, project, and capital reviews to assess performance, risks, issues, and required actions.
  • Coordinates portfolio forecasting and financial updates, analyzes variances and forecast accuracy, and identifies trends requiring leadership attention.
  • Develops and maintains portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that provide visibility into financial performance, project status, risks, and overall portfolio health.
  • Maintains portfolio data, governance actions, project records, and portfolio management systems to ensure information is accurate, complete, and trusted.
  • Coordinates portfolio meetings, stakeholder inputs, action tracking, and follow-up activities to support effective execution.
  • Identifies portfolio risks, issues, and data gaps and provides recommendations to improve portfolio outcomes.
  • Supports project and portfolio administration, including project setup, maintenance, closeout, approvals, and documentation.
  • Partners with portfolio leadership and technical resources to improve portfolio processes, reporting, workflows, and automation.


Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 10% travel may be required, depending on portfolio and business needs, including domestic and international travel.


Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio operations, business analysis, financial reporting, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Proven experience supporting forecasting, portfolio reporting, and recurring cross-functional review processes.
  • Experience with portfolio management, reporting, or financial systems, such as Planview or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholders and translate portfolio data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with portfolio reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, and data management.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management systems, reporting tools, and project administration processes.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Capable of identifying portfolio trends, risks, and data gaps and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Strong facilitation, coordination, and follow-through skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, reporting applications, and portfolio management systems.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and continuous-improvement mindset.

The range for this position is $97,542.00 - $134,121.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
