The Operations Program Manager supports the Supply Chain Management organization by coordinating core business operations, tracking key initiatives, and helping teams maintain clear, reliable operating rhythms. This role works closely with the Business Operations team, Finance, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, and functional leaders to support planning, reporting, onboarding, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and comfortable managing several workstreams in a fast-paced environment. They can translate data into clear updates, follow through on details, and build productive working relationships across teams.

Business Operations & Planning

  • Support organizational planning activities, team operating rhythms, and regular business reviews.


  • Prepare status updates, meeting materials, and follow-up actions for Supply Chain Management priorities.


  • Help maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action trackers for cross-functional initiatives.


  • Identify opportunities to improve recurring processes, documentation, and team coordination.


Financial Operations

  • Support Finance and Global Operations in tracking Accounts Receivable performance with external manufacturing partners.


  • Maintain aging receivables trackers and help identify payment risks or items needing follow-up.


  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather updates and support issue resolution.


  • Prepare clear reporting on outstanding balances, payment trends, and operational risks.


Metrics, KPIs & Reporting

  • Maintain scorecards and recurring reports.


  • Track key Supply Chain Management KPIs and validate data accuracy.


  • Analyze trends and summarize insights, risks, and opportunities for business leaders.


  • Help establish consistent definitions and reporting processes for operational metrics.


Workforce Planning & Onboarding

  • Support headcount planning and hiring tracking across the Supply Chain Management organization.


  • Maintain reports on open roles, hiring progress, onboarding status, and workforce planning metrics.


  • Partner with hiring managers, recruiting, HR, and Finance to coordinate updates and resolve tracking gaps.


  • Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain onboarding materials, training plans, and team documentation.


Program & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple projects and recurring operational activities with guidance from senior leaders.


  • Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders.


  • Escalate risks, blockers, and decisions when needed.


  • Support process improvements that simplify work and improve organizational effectiveness.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in program coordination, business operations, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or a related field.


  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects and managing trackers, timelines, and status reporting.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with operational and financial data.


  • Familiarity with dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, or workforce planning is preferred.


  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization or reporting tools.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.


Success in This Role

Success will be measured by reliable execution of operational processes, accurate and timely reporting, strong coordination across teams, improved visibility into key metrics and hiring progress, and meaningful contributions to process improvement across the Supply Chain Management organization.

Qualifications

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
