Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product development, advertising and promotional teams, to solve key business growth challenges, foster new business relationships and scale existing partnerships. Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company goals, market trends, and pricing considerations to enhance our partners' product or service visibility. Develop collaborative models that meet our partners' short- and long-term business objectives and strategize the allocation of platform resources to achieve the objectives and ensure user satisfaction. Research and analyze the financial aspects of marketing and product development, including budgets, expenses, R&D investments, and profit-loss projections. Create and execute plans to track partner success and growth progress. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, Finance, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Building and streamlining processes and workflows using project management tools; tracking project status and milestones; and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Business development within the social media industry, including industry research, strategic networking, and pitching for positive ROI; Conducting market research through primary and secondary sources including reports, surveys, and expert interviews to generate business insights and plan future strategy; Building and managing user feedback loop, including triaging, quantifying, and prioritizing user pain points, usability issues, and feature requests; and Conducting strategic analysis on industry trend, customers, and competitors, and developing methodologies to segment and size target market to provide recommendations to the product team. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $164431 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
