About the RoleYou'll be a force multiplier for the founding team - owning special projects, building operational infrastructure, and tackling whatever problems matter most to the business. This is a high-leverage role for someone who wants to learn every aspect of building a company.
The scope is broad by design. In a given week, you might build a financial model for the board, analyze sales pipeline data, create a presentation for a key customer, streamline an internal process, or lead a strategic initiative. You'll work directly with founders on the company's most important priorities and develop a holistic understanding of how startups operate.
This role is ideal for someone with a structured problem-solving background (consulting, banking, PE/VC) who wants to transition into operations at a high-growth startup, or for experienced operators who thrive on variety and impact. The best candidates are intellectually curious, extremely organized, and relentless about driving projects to completion.
