We are looking for a Business Operations Associate to help build and scale the operational foundation of Lunar. This role is an opportunity for a highly analytical and intellectually curious individual to gain exposure to a broad range of business functions while working alongside company leadership. You'll develop experience across operations, recruiting, compliance, marketing, partnerships, and strategic initiatives, building a uniquely well-rounded understanding of how a high-growth healthcare technology company operates. We're looking for someone who is hard-working, resourceful, and excited by the prospect of solving new problems every week. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll be trusted to take ownership, learn quickly, and drive important initiatives from concept to completion. Your Experience: • Exceptional Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
