Overview

R2 Technologies Corporation is seeking a Business Operations and Development professional responsible for managing business operations, supporting growth initiatives, and overseeing service delivery within a technology services environment. This role requires a combination of operational leadership, hands-on execution, and coordination across business and technical functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business operations, including staffing coordination, client engagement, and service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational processes to support business growth and efficiency
  • Identify business opportunities through market analysis and support development initiatives
  • Coordinate project execution and ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals
  • Work closely with technical teams to support development and enhancement of internal systems and solutions
  • Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to processes and workflows
  • Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in delivery and operations
  • Support client relationship management, including communication, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Prepare and review operational reports, project updates, and performance metrics
  • Evaluate tools and technologies used in operations and recommend improvements
Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
