OverviewR2 Technologies Corporation is seeking a Business Operations and Development professional responsible for managing business operations, supporting growth initiatives, and overseeing service delivery within a technology services environment. This role requires a combination of operational leadership, hands-on execution, and coordination across business and technical functions.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day business operations, including staffing coordination, client engagement, and service delivery
- Develop and implement operational processes to support business growth and efficiency
- Identify business opportunities through market analysis and support development initiatives
- Coordinate project execution and ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals
- Work closely with technical teams to support development and enhancement of internal systems and solutions
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to processes and workflows
- Provide guidance and oversight to team members involved in delivery and operations
- Support client relationship management, including communication, reporting, and issue resolution
- Prepare and review operational reports, project updates, and performance metrics
- Evaluate tools and technologies used in operations and recommend improvements
Qualifications- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
or - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and at least three years of experience in business operations, development, or related field
