Become a key part of the growth at Macquarie Asset Management as a Business Manager within our Client Solutions Group aligned with our Client Solutions Group Institutional channel in the Americas. Our Client Solutions Group is dedicated to delivering new business initiatives, product development, fund formation, capital raising and client relations across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will bring your analytical mindset and strategic thinking capabilities to help Macquarie Asset Management deliver strategic goals and initiatives for our Institutional business in the Americas. You will be responsible for developing business plans which encompass managing the financial budgets, revenue forecasts and strategic resource plans, plus events and townhalls. Stakeholder relationships will be diverse, ranging from finance and HR to marketing, product, portfolio, technology, strategy and events teams. You will partner closely with Client Solution Group's leadership team, including providing direct support to leaders of Client Solution Group's Institutional business in the Americas. Working closely with distribution and product leaders and their teams, you will gain a deep understanding of what they need to deliver success and provide executive advisory to help them achieve business goals. In addition, you will carry out data analysis to draw insights, communicating these across the business to enable strategic decision making.

Salary range for this position: $153,000 - $230,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
