Business Intelligence Developer III

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Business, Mathematics, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum two years of analytical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong SQL development and database querying skills.
• Experience in healthcare analytics or equivalent Eskenazi Health experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Utilize Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer, SQL, and other BI tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with leaders, clinicians, analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting needs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and reporting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting and data issues.
• Develop and support data models and ETL processes.
• Mentor team members and advance data literacy across the organization.
• Contribute to the growth and enhancement of Eskenazi Health's analytics environment.
