Job Description

You build the reports and dashboards the Stockpile runs on, moving them from OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Server and Oracle Analytics Cloud, and you make data quality visible to the people who have to act on it. Full time, W-2, based in Fairfax, Virginia with some telework, starting October 2026.
What you will do
  • Develop and maintain reports, subject areas and dashboards in OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Server and Oracle Analytics Cloud for inventory, orders, deployments and operations.
  • Build data quality dashboards and metrics reporting with clear visualization practice, so discrepancies and trends are seen early.
  • Migrate reporting from the legacy platform to Oracle Analytics; validate results against the source of truth.
  • Gather reporting requirements from users, model data, tune queries, and document.
  • Support ad hoc analysis for the program and the customer, including audit and inventory reconciliation evidence.
What you need
  • 4 or more years of Oracle business intelligence development (OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Server or Oracle Analytics Cloud), including RPD and subject area modeling.
  • Data quality dashboard and metrics reporting experience, and data quality visualization practice.
  • Strong SQL against Oracle databases and an understanding of ERP data.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain an HHS Tier 2 public trust determination.

Terms, and how to apply

  • Target start: October 2026
  • Hybrid: based at SPN's office in Fairfax, Virginia, with some telework; occasional days at the customer's Atlanta, Georgia campus when the work requires it
  • Core hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, with flexible start between 6:00 and 9:00 a.m. Eastern; federal holidays off
  • You must be a U.S. citizen and obtain and keep an HHS Tier 2 (moderate risk) public trust determination; no security clearance is required
  • You complete HHS security, privacy and records management training before access, and cGMP training shortly after you start
  • Work is done on customer-furnished or SPN-furnished equipment under HHS security rules
