- A demonstrated track record of generating new business, winning new accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting skills and a willingness to make cold calls, conduct outbound outreach, and initiate conversations with unfamiliar prospects.
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline independently, from lead generation through closing.
- A hunter mentality, with the drive to pursue new opportunities, overcome rejection, and consistently generate sales activity.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, presentation, and closing skills.
