Business Consulting - Finance - Global Business Services - GBS - Manager - Multiple Positions - [redacted], Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Chicago, IL.
Help clients design and implement next generation operating models that integrate digital capabilities, strengthen cross functional collaboration, and drive sustainable performance. Work with engagement teams to partner with global clients to assess, design, deliver and enhance next-generation GBS and Outsource models that integrate digital capabilities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and unlock continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of end state GBS operating models across key functions (Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Operations). Bring applied insights and leading practices across key sectors, including Consumer & Retail, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Health & Life Sciences. Manage multi process transformation programs leveraging automation, analytics, and workflow technologies, including ServiceNow and other ecosystem alliances. Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and client engagement. Contribute to developing GBS methodologies, tools, and sector focused offerings.
Contribute to internal perspectives, content, and insights on emerging GBS trends (AI enabled services, global talent models, enterprise service management).
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in professional services/industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field and 4 years of work experience in professional services/industry.
Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory services in the finance function focused in one or a combination of the following areas: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, and/or outsourcing advisory.
Must have 4 years of combined experience supporting or managing Finance Transformation and/or ERP related initiatives.
Must have 4 years of experience leading finance teams, finance workstream delivery and managing finance professionals on GBS projects, including providing constructive on-the-job feedback and coaching.
Must have 4 years of experience designing process architectures, governance models, service catalogs, and organizational structures.
Must have 3 years of experience managing multi process transformation programs leveraging automation, analytics, and workflow technologies, including ServiceNow and other ecosystem alliances.
Must have 3 years of experience supporting transitions, migrations, and change management across global delivery models.
Must have 3 years of experience working with digital teams to integrate AI, RPA, data platforms, and intelligent workflows.
Must have 3 years of experience conducting maturity assessments and engaging in roadmap development aligned to enterprise priorities.
Must have 3 years of experience developing service management frameworks including SLAs/OLAs, dashboards, and continuous improvement tools.
Must have 4 years of experience managing time, budgets, and GBS project risk.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international to serve client needs.
