Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking a transactional Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our busy Corporate and M&A practice in our Columbus, Ohio office. Prior experience in M&A, corporate law, and business counseling is required. Experience with tax, commercial lending, or real estate is a plus. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and related documentation used in complex transactions, as well as experience drafting, negotiating, and managing key aspects of transactional matters. Qualified candidates should have strong writing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
