Business Applications Consultant Manager

Thomson Reuters Court Management Solutions (TRCMS) is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and business-savvy Business Applications Consultant Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, delivery management, business analysis, and software implementation experience, with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver successful client outcomes. Candidates must be results-driven, team-oriented, customer-focused, and self-motivated.

In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for the successful delivery of C-Track solutions across both implementation and service delivery engagements. You will be responsible for developing team capabilities, promoting best practices and standardization, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. You will support both new customer implementations and existing customer growth initiatives while helping refine business processes and drive business expansion for the Court Management Solutions business within the Government division of Thomson Reuters.

You will be responsible for the leadership, development, performance, and ongoing growth of a team of Business Applications Consultants while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success. Working closely with Engagement Managers, Solutions Engineers, Service Delivery leaders, and other members of TRCMS, you will help ensure successful end-to-end solution delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term customer success across the entire customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Applications Consultants and System Configuration experts.


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce implementation time and cost through standardized processes, best practices, and knowledge sharing.


  • Conduct configuration review sessions to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and product capabilities.


  • Serve as the lead C-Track product and solutions expert for clients and internal teams, advocating a product-first approach.


  • Lead and guide Business Applications Consultants in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process modeling, and solution design activities.


  • Organize, review, and oversee business analysis deliverables, including requirements, design documents, test specifications, and project artifacts.


  • Partner with Engagement Managers to prioritize work, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.


  • Foster collaboration, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen team capabilities and support career growth.


  • Oversee customer testing and validation activities with Quality Assurance teams to ensure solution quality and successful client outcomes.


  • Provide leadership for data analysis, migration, and mapping activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to implementation standards.


  • Support hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, and team growth initiatives to build a scalable consulting organization.


  • Travel may be required (approximately 5-20%) to support project activities, training, and go-live events.


Required Qualifications:

  • Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.

  • Experience with the C-Track product suite strongly preferred.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Experience managing competing priorities while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.


  • Proven ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency.


  • Experience guiding business analysis, solution design, and client engagement activities.


  • Experience with or understanding of judicial/court processes a plus.


  • Strong understanding of software implementation and business process analysis.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.


  • 7+ years of relevant work experience required.


  • Ability to work effectively with executives, managers, subject matter experts, and clients to drive consensus.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
