EM Key Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Process requirement experts analyze business use cases for possible automation and, subsequently, create the process definitions and process maps critical for successful bot development.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to educate them on the DAS program and capabilities and capture requirements.
- Support CoE maintenance by supporting submission processes, maintaining technical documentation standards, and operational reporting requirements.
- Prior experience designing and developing client-ready documents such as executive decision and informational briefings, stakeholder storyboarding, and governance materials,
Required Qualifications:- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in the following:
- Advanced written, verbal, and communication skills
- Data Analytics
- Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
- Familiarity with agile project methodology
- Collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
- Process-oriented with critical thinking abilities
- Skilled in Requirement Capturing
- Validate requests are in scope
- Work with the customer to develop the requirements and hand them off to the developers.
- The ability to ask the right questions-similar to the developers,
Clearance:An active Top Secret Clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
