Business Analyst - SAP

The Role

As aSeniorSAPFinanceAnalyst,this rolewillsupport thedesign,configuration,implementationandongoing optimization of finance solutionswithin the FI/COmoduleof our SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloudenvironment, including data migration.This rolewill partner closely with our Finance and Accounting business team.This rolewill collaborate with the businessonfunctional and technical requirements,testingandmentorship for SAP Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud finance modules in alignment with best practices and system capabilities

• Perform Data Migration tasks, including field mapping, datacleansingand validation

• Collaborate with business users toidentifyprocess improvements and automation opportunities

• Support end-to-end implementation activities, including fit-to-standard workshops, testing, data migration, and go-live support

• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions

• Assistin integration efforts with other SAP modules (e.g., Procurement, Sales) and third-party systems

• Develop andmaintainfunctional documentation, training materials, and user guides

• Support periodic financial close processes and ensure system readiness

• Collaborate with and mentor Finance/Accounting business partnersand fellow team memberswith SAP Processes

• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud releases and assess impacts to existing configurations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor27s degree inFinance, Accounting, InformationSystemsor related field. Master27s degree or relevant certification is a plus

• 5+ years ofexperience working with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), preferablyat least 1+ yearin SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Implementations a plus

• Understanding of VAT and Tax principles and processes within SAPa plus

• Strong understanding of core finance processes:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable

• Asset Accounting

• Projects/WBS Elements

• Financial Close

• Strong understandingofSAP Finance processeswithfamiliarity with SAP Public Cloud processes

• Understanding ofBank Statement processing

• Understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards

• Exposure to SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Apps and user experience

• Comfortable with Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management methodologies.

• Experience in Finance and Accounting departments a plus

• Experience with MBC,DRCorMRM a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
