Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or computer-related field.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in systems support and analysis or in financial services supporting buy-side technology.
• Experience creating and supporting reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills with a track record of independent decision-making.
• Ability to create innovative solutions for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, converting them into functional and report specifications.
• Serve as liaison between clients and development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Develop test plans and work with QA for application testing activities.
• Oversee the implementation of new reports to ensure positive client outcomes and create training materials.
• Provide report and production support to internal clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Take on additional responsibilities as requested by management.
