Business Analyst, you will provide guidance and actively participate in requirements reviews, client support, testing and everyday readiness analysis. Research and capture business needs and act as a proxy for the users and customers by interfacing directly with developers, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and testers to ensure the end-state functionality is acceptable in fulfilling the identified customer value.
What we are looking for: - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in technical role
- Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
- Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
- Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
Highly preferred:- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
- Any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe would be beneficial
Clearance Requirements: - Active Secret security clearance
Work Type: - Onsite - Colorado Springs, CO
- May require up to 10% travel
Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $130,000
- The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities
