Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Business Analyst Lead based at our America's Headquarters in Greenville, NC or our manufacturing plant in Berea, KY.

What you will do:

  • Partner with business teams to understand day-to-day needs, identify process improvements, and translate goals into clear project requirements.


  • Review current workflows, gather stakeholder input, and recommend practical solutions that support business objectives.


  • Lead project planning and coordination, including defining scope, setting priorities, tracking progress, and helping ensure work is completed on time.


  • Work closely with technical teams and business partners to test, validate, and implement system or process changes.


  • Communicate updates, risks, and next steps clearly while supporting team members, removing roadblocks, and keeping projects aligned with user needs.

  • Ability to review and understand RPG programs to support business analysis activities, impact assessments, requirements validation, and troubleshooting discussions with technical teams.


  • Experience reviewing and interpreting job schedules, batch processes, and dependencies to understand business workflows and identify potential impacts of system or process changes.


  • Project management skills, including creating work plans, defining scope, managing task dependencies, and tracking progress against timelines.


  • Understanding of the system development life cycle, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.


  • Business process improvement experience, including reviewing workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending practical solutions.


  • Business analysis skills, including gathering stakeholder input, documenting requirements, validating needs, and translating business goals into actionable plans.


  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or policy-related requirements within business or technology projects.


  • Proficiency with common business technology tools, including Microsoft Office applications and systems used for documentation, reporting, and communication.


  • Ability to understand general business processes and connect them to system, process, or project requirements.
