Full Job Description
Yorktel is currently seeking a Business Analyst II that will assist our customer with a variety of projects by conducting research, analyzing data, creating reports, making recommendations, and presenting findings. The Business Analyst II skillsets may be more specifically defined at the call order level to include systems analysis, requirements analysis, research analysis, or general data analysis.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct background research on assigned projects, such as online market research, public or internal surveys, and meeting with project stakeholders.
Develop methods for analyzing gathered information.
Compile project related data and create detailed reports.
Create business process documentation when necessary.
Make oral and visual multimedia presentations.
Assist with the evaluation of project business processes, anticipating requirements, and recommending and developing new solutions as needed.
Maintain a professional approach and demeanor, including interaction with project stakeholders, members of the public, customer executives, and other contacts.

Limited weekend and/or night work may be required
Valid U.S. driver's license is a requirement and must have a positive driver's abstract.
Current valid U.S. Passport is desirable.
Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
Must be willing to apply for security clearances, suitability, and other related clearances to be able to work at certain customer locations
